Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Process
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
You must return the item to the address we provide within 5 days after your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the status of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, we will initiate your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods. We will contact you to arrange refund details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Customized or special-order products.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send photos of the item and packaging to [email protected].
We will assess the issue and either replace the item or offer a refund.
